Micah's 14th

Today Micah turned 14 years old, it was a nice day, the boys and I went skiing up at the big mountain, had a great lunch at Ed and Mullys, enjoyed skiing tons, headed back to town, bbq'ed up some ribs and chicken while Isaiah and his Girlfriend Katie took Micah to the movies, Anah and Steven came over for our dinner that, besides the bbq, had a Baked Potato Bar, it was great, we had cake and ice cream, Micah opened his presents and the day was over. Weekend update

2010 is here to stay, busy week, busy home, busy work! Weather has been cold, skiing has been great and we are ready to get the year on the way. Not much happened this week, other than the COLD, nicer today though, here are a few pics from the past week.

A Happy New Year indeed

What a nice weekend, had a great new years eve with Gina and Micah, we just hung out, ate some snacks, welcomed in 2010 in quiet style. On New Years day we stayed at home, did a few chores and had a huge chinese buffet with Isaiah, Kati (zay's girl friend), Anah (who made the best homemade crab ragoons and coconut shrimp), Steven, Micah and Gina and I, it was wonderful and may be a new New Years tradition. Saturday Micah and I went up to the Big Mountian Skiing and Gina went hiking through the snow covered field next to the river, in her loop, today we went to church and then I went skiing in the thick fog and deep powder, couldn't have been a better weekend. The only draw back is that tomorrow its back to work for Gina and I and back to school for Micah, oh well, lots of great stuff coming up!
